Privacy Policy
David Memory is a private application operated solely for its owner. This policy explains how it handles information from services the owner explicitly connects.
Information accessed
With explicit authorization, David Memory may read Gmail message content and metadata, Google Calendar events, and Google Drive file metadata and readable content. It may also process information the owner submits directly through approved devices and applications.
How information is used
Information is used only to retrieve relevant context and create owner-controlled durable memories. David Memory does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train public models.
Read-only Google access
Google access is read-only. David Memory does not send, edit, delete, share, or otherwise modify Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, or Google Drive files.
Storage and security
Durable memories are stored on the owner's privately controlled Mac mini. Authentication tokens are stored using protected local credential storage. Backups are encrypted. When the owner selects a cloud AI model, only the minimum context needed to answer the request may be sent to that provider under its applicable terms.
Retention and control
The owner controls memory retention and may review or remove stored memories. Google access may be revoked at any time through the owner's Google Account permissions.
