Terms of Service

David Memory is a private application provided solely for use by its owner. It is not offered as a public or commercial service.

Authorized use

Only the owner may authorize data sources or use the private memory gateway. Access to Google services is limited to permissions granted through Google OAuth.

Source accuracy

Memory responses may summarize or infer from stored context. Important information should be checked against its original source before the owner relies on it.

Availability

The application is provided for personal use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, connected services, networking, and third-party providers may affect operation.

Owner controls

The owner may revoke connected-service access, remove stored memories, or discontinue the application at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated if the system's capabilities or data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
